year 2013
After having reviewed:
-
Law No. 32 to
the year 1967 concerning military and its amendments.
-
Decree law No.
15 to the year 1979 concerning civil Service.
-
Decree issue on
4/4 to the year 1979 concerning Civil Service System.
-
Ministerial
decision No. 1296 to the year 2012 concerning overseas treatment regulation in
the ministry of defense.
Decided
First Article:
The patient/ /////////
( mother) of the First Sergeant officer No. /////////// to United Kingdom to
receive treatment for one month with escorts, the travel is going to be from
the date specified by relevant authorities providing that the travel shall be
done during one month.
Second Article:
All relevant
authorities shall execute the decision according to its privileges.
