-          Law No. 32 to the year 1967 concerning military and its amendments.

-          Decree law No. 15 to the year 1979 concerning civil Service.

-          Decree issue on 4/4 to the year 1979 concerning Civil Service System.

-          Ministerial decision No. 1296 to the year 2012 concerning overseas treatment regulation in the ministry of defense.

Employment Contract

On Monday, corresponding to: 30/09/2013, this contract has been concluded by and between:

Firstly: //////////- its address: /////// Street- ////////- //// floor, herein represented in signing on this contract by/ ////////                                                         ( First Party)

Both parties have acknowledged their full legal capacity to act and contract on the following:

Firstly: The First Party agrees to appoint the Second Party in the profession of(salesman) and the First Party has the right to assign the Second Party to do any business appropriate to his abilities and experiences in any of its institutions or companies inside the state of Kuwait, providing that it shall not essentially differ with the nature of the work, the subject of contraction.

Secondly: The Second Party shall receive for the assigned work monthly salary amounting to(K.D 220) 

Thirdly: The Second Party acknowledges that he has reviewed the Kuwaiti labor law in this sector applicable inside the state of Kuwait, amended resolutions and complementary ones published in the official journal on 21/02/2010 as well as the group of internal regulations regarding the company and accept to adhere to its provisions without preservation or objection.

Fourthly: Special condition:-

Fifthly: The term of this contract(defined-not defined), it expires by notifying any of the parties the other one with his desire to terminate the contract  in writing with minimum period three months.( Article 44 of labor law) for(one year).

Sixthly: The provisions of the private labor law and its amendments shall be applied in non-stipulated conditions.

Seventhly: The Kuwait court is the competent one in case of any dispute arising between parties regarding interpretation or execution of this contract.

Eighthly: This contract is considered effective from the date of the second party receive to the work for the First Party.

Ninthly: This contract has been concluded of one original for the ministry of social affair and labor and two copies, each one takes one to act according to it.
